Placing an Order
Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. There is no minimum order. If you prefer, you may also order by mail. Simply print out the completed order form once all items have been placed in your shopping cart and mail it along with your payment to the address below.

Payments Accepted
For your convenience, we have installed a secure shopping cart and accept payments via Paypal where you may use your credit, debit card, paypal account, or bank transfer for online ordering. We will also accept checks and money orders. Your order will be shipped once payment has been cleared. Please make checks and money orders payable to Signature Hair Bows LLC.

Shipping
We ship in stock items within 2-3 business days after payment has been received, but custom orders will be handled on an individual basis. Please allow a few extra days for custom, monogrammed orders to be prepared. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number. We use USPS first class mail for packages under $30 and Priority Mail for packages over $30. For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact us for an additional shipping quote.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us! Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.

Returns and Exchanges
If once you receive your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if we make a mistake in your order (we cannot accept worn bows, or bows damaged in shipping). If you are not happy with your hardware selection, a correction can be made at your expense. Corrections are any fixes that can be done to the original bow. We will charge a nominal fee for corrections and also will charge for return shipping. Items must be shipped to us in a box, we can not accept bows that are shipped to us in envelopes.
